600HP Triplex Plunger Pump

600HP triplex plunger pump is a horizontal single-action reciprocating pump. Its maximum rated input power is 600 HP. This positive displacement pump is widely used for intermittent workover services such as acidizing, cementing, fracturing, well killing and gravel filling. Its main components are power end assemblies, fluid end assemblies and reducing gearbox assemblies. With large power, high pressure and light weight, the 600HP triplex plunger pump is suitable for hydraulic cementing of oil and gas well, and for the small size fracturing engineering.

Features

1. Reducing gearbox assembly can be installed at the right side or the left side of the pump. And there are 17 installations for the reducing gearbox, which allows this 600HP triplex plunger pump to suit various applications.
2. Two sizes of pump body are designed to for installation with different plungers so as to achieve different pressure and displacement.
3. Customer can choose different packing assembly, valve assembly and discharge flange when purchasing our 600HP triplex plunger pumps. More options can meet different requirements and pump special fluids under different conditions.
4. Pump weight will not change largely subject to different plunger size and other options. Pump weight error will remain within ±5% of total weight.
